Coosmetics Refund and Replacement Policy

We strive to provide a seamless shopping experience and ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. This policy outlines our guidelines and procedures for processing refunds and replacements. By purchasing from Coosmetics, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.


1. Product Listings

To maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, we ensure that:

  • All product descriptions, features, and specifications listed on our website are accurate.

  • Variants, colors, and sizes displayed match the actual products delivered.

  • Product pricing is set at a reasonable level to ensure realistic customer expectations.


2. Warehousing and Handling

While we take great care in handling and storing all inventory, Coosmetics shall not be held legally responsible for any losses, damages, or destruction of inventory during storage, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.


3. Replacement Policy

Customers may request a replacement for any valid issue within 30 days of delivery.

Valid Replacement Cases Include:

  • Receiving a damaged or defective product.

  • Receiving an incorrect item or missing part.

  • Product not matching the description or specifications provided at the time of purchase.

Replacement After 30 Days or Non-Faulty Product:

If a replacement is requested after the 30-day period or for a product found to be non-faulty, the following charges will apply:

  • For UAE: 27 AED


4. Refund Policy

Coosmetics generally does not offer refunds once the product has been delivered. However, in special circumstances where a refund is approved, the following costs will apply:

Refund Charges:

  • Fulfillment and initial shipping cost:

    • 18 AED (UAE)

  • Product pickup and return handling:

    • 9 AED (UAE)

Please note that in case of a refund, the full sale amount of that transaction will be reversed from your account.


5. Special Case Refunds

In rare situations involving a security or risk-related concern, Coosmetics may initiate a refund to the customer.
In such cases:

  • Coosmetics will bear the refund processing cost.

  • The sale amount for that transaction will still be reversed from your account.

  • These special refunds, if any, will be clearly mentioned in your payment statement or communication summary.
