- All prices are displayed in AED (for UAE) and include applicable taxes where required.
2. Order Confirmation
Once your order is placed successfully, you will receive an email or SMS confirmation with your order details.
Your order will be processed and dispatched after confirmation.
Please ensure all shipping details are correct to avoid delivery delays.
3. Delivery and Payment Process
- Payment must be made in cash only upon receiving the product.
- The delivery agent will collect payment before handing over the order.
- In case you are not available at the delivery address, please inform us in advance to reschedule delivery.
4. Security and Fraud Prevention
Even though we use Cash on Delivery, we maintain strict measures to ensure safe and reliable transactions:
- Every order is verified before dispatch.
- Our logistics partners are trusted and trained for secure delivery and cash handling.
- We monitor all transactions to detect and prevent fraudulent or suspicious orders.
If we detect any unusual activity, Coosmetics reserves the right to cancel or hold the order until verified.
5. Payment Confirmation Receipt
After completing payment, customers will receive a delivery receipt confirming the successful transaction.
Keep this receipt for any future reference or product replacement requests.
6. Cancellations
You may cancel your order before it is shipped by contacting our customer support.
Once the order is dispatched, cancellations cannot be made.
If you refuse to accept delivery multiple times without valid reasons, your account may be restricted from placing future Cash on Delivery orders.
